Families and Caregivers

Though the Colorado Partnership for Thriving Families unites professionals and officials across the state to help families thrive, we also have Family Voice Representatives to ensure our approach is relevant and impactful for all families. Family Voice

Why is Family Voice critical to the Colorado Partnership for Thriving Families?

In order to inspire true systems change that supports all Coloradans, families must be engaged as key partners in all the Partnership efforts. These partnerships will be based on listening, trust, and mutual respect. The Partnership is committed to elevating the voices of families with diverse experiences in order to co-create priorities, strategies, and solutions for enacting these system-level transformations.

Should I become a Partnership Family Voice Representative?

Anyone in a parenting/caregiving role and/or with pregnancy experience is welcome to complete the Partnership Family Voice Representative Interest Form. One of the Partnership’s foundations is equity and inclusion. As such, we are committed to building inclusive coalition spaces that reflect Colorado’s population, including people of all cultures, races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and all other identities represented in Colorado.

How can I become involved in the Partnership as a Family Voice Representative?

There are several ways to become involved with the Partnership, including through:

Joining the Partnership Family and Caregiver Space

The Partnership Family and Caregiver Space is a group of parents and caregivers working collaboratively across the state of Colorado to engage families in creating conditions that allow all families to thrive. This is a brave space where we:

  • Tell our stories.
  • Fight family isolation and silence – this is a place to be heard.
  • Explore and generate strategies for community engagement.
  • Provide recommendations to the larger Partnership.
